We do not provide engineering for rooftop decks on row homes or the underpinning of row home basement walls.
What should you expect?
- Phone conversation to obtain project details and scheduling
- Site visit within a week to personally assess the issue or concern
- On-site verbal review of the issue and discussion of corrective options
- Follow-up analysis/calculations in office as needed
- Issue a "Letter of Findings” to client (upon request & for additional fee)
- Letters are digitally signed and issued via email, typically within five business days
Additional Information
Our first conversation will cover the basic project details, schedule, and fee. We try to schedule the appointment within a week, at which time we visually assess the scope of the situation and discuss with you the desired results and the next steps. We take the time to answer your questions so you can make informed decisions, but at your request we will issue a Letter of Findings outlining our recommendations. By receiving payment at the time of the site visit, we can issue letters within a week – much quicker than waiting for billing and payment. Fees vary depending on distance and complexity. To ensure that we are meeting our high standards, we will always have a licensed Professional Engineer conduct the site visit.
